Patient Resources

Patient Resources

The Retreat Restorative & Aesthetics specializes in surgical and non-surgical, minimally invasive treatments for men and women in Rockwall, Heath, Dallas, Plano, and the nearby areas of Texas with alternatives to plastic surgery. Our patient resources provide information for new and existing patients.

The Retreat Restorative & Aesthetics provides men and women with the exceptional care and knowledge that they need to make informed choices for their cosmetic procedures. In many cases, plastic surgery is not the only option to look younger or improve aspects of your face or body, and we want you to feel confident about choosing our practice for your cosmetic treatments. Our patient resources are intended to improve your experience at our practice.

Financing Options for Your Treatments

Budget is a consideration for many of our patients, yet it should not be the only factor considered. For this reason, we work with three leading healthcare financing companies to offer our patients with a range of payment options. You can apply before your consultation to have a comfortable budget in mind, and Dr. Baker will work with you to customize your treatment plan to achieve your goals within that budget.

Patient Portal

Do you need copies of your records? Want to schedule your next appointment? Forgot your appointment time and day? Our patient portal is a convenient resource for our patients. You can sign up at any time. The portal offers access to your account, appointments, personal information, patient forms and more.

Refund Policy

It’s important to note that all sales are final and packages must be used within a year of purchase. During your consultation, we’ll discuss costs and payments, and answer any questions you have to ensure you make the right choice to reach your aesthetic goals.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

• 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling/rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% of your scheduled appointment via the card on file. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
• 48 hour advance notice is required when canceling/rescheduling a surgery consultation. If you are unable to give us 48 hours advance notice, your consultation fee is nonrefundable.

Please note- the surgery consultation fee is refundable as long as you do not "no-show" your appointment or reschedule within the 48-hour window. If you are not a candidate or decide you are not interested in a procedure after consultation, you can request a refund to the original form of payment.
‍‍
• 72 hour advance notice is required when cancelling/rescheduling an appointment for Morpheus8 Body / V. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 72 hours advance notice your 10% deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit must be made upon rescheduling.
• Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show." They will be charged 100% for their "missed" appointment via the card on file.
• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the "full" session.
• If you do not confirm your appointment by either: text response, voicemail left with our office, email response, or verbal confirmation with the office staff at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, then your appointment will be considered unconfirmed. If our office is unable to confirm your scheduled appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, then our office reserves the right to cancel your appointment (still subject to the above policies) / place you on unconfirmed status, and schedule another patient in that scheduled appointment time slot without any further notice. When a patient presents to our office for an unconfirmed appointment they will be considered a walk-in patient, with no scheduled appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate unconfirmed walk-in patients, however, there are no guarantees on the time you will be seen. In most cases, our office will need to reschedule your appointment for another day and your initial appointment will still be subject to the policies detailed above.

Out of respect and consideration to our providers and other customers, please plan your appointments accordingly and be on time.
